Duisburg
At Europe’s largest inland port, Duisburg, CTP Support has 5,000 m² of warehousing space and 3,500 m² of outdoor space with indirect water connection for the handling of inland waterway vessels as well as options for the loading and unloading of HGVs and containers. In addition to transhipment and storage, the services offered include processing such as filling/refilling, filtering and silo shipment, thus completing the throughout logistical chain for “black” goods such as graphite, coke, petroleum coke, anthracite and similar products – from the mine via the sea, ready for use through to the customer.
Rotterdam
In Rotterdam, we guarantee a throughout logistical chain in one of Europe’s most important ports and logistical centres. In addition to forwarding agent activities including handling, transportation services via all carriers can be offered as well as transhipment and storage with various areas of specialisation.
The activities of in Rotterdam focus currently on the clearance and handling of import shipments in the form of bulk goods from the Far East including warehousing and interim storage for onward shipment to the consignee via inland waterway vessel, barge, coaster or via land (HGV or rail).
In Rotterdam, we have a closer partnership with Rheintrans B.V., Rotterdam.
Tianjin/Asia
The CTP Support team in Asia has offices of its own with long-serving Chinese staff qualified via the company’s own training schemes based in Hong Kong, Tianjin/Xingang and Bayuquan. From loading checks, sampling and inspections on the supplier’s premises through to the organisation of collection ex works or ex mine, the assurance is provided that the logistical chain functions smoothly from beginning to end.
In addition to comprehensive despatch preparation services, packing, repacking, commissioning and packaging are also offered. The CTP Support team in Asia moreover offers shipment counselling. Thanks to its comprehensive experience on site, optimum market skills and reliable network, customers can benefit from the know-how of the team when the specifics of the Asian market are involved.
